This notice explains what personal information the Polintel 21CC Policy Intelligence Platform ("the platform") collects from members and administrators, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The platform is operated for Polintel LLC, which is responsible for your information, with technical operation provided by JMCB Technology Group.
What we collect

We do not collect payment card details, government identification numbers, or health information. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
How we use it
- Operate the platform and your account.
- Send SMS alerts about 21CC events, CBC legislative action, and fly-in notices — only if you have opted in.
- Send account emails: invitations and password resets.
- Give Polintel administrators visibility into who has been invited, who is active, and aggregate engagement metrics.
- Keep the platform secure and investigate misuse.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with other member companies. Members of one company cannot see another company's contacts or private notes.
Text messages (SMS)
Enrollment is voluntary and requires your express consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, START to re-subscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of membership.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process information on the platform's behalf, under contract, only to provide their service:

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the platform, its members, or others.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account is active and deleted when an administrator removes your account. SMS consent and message records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate consent and comply with messaging regulations. Backups are retained for 7 days.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to personal information is limited to Polintel administrators and JMCB operations staff, enforced on the server. If we confirm unauthorized access to your personal information, Polintel will be notified promptly and will notify you where required by law.
Your choices
- Text alerts: reply STOP at any time, or ask an administrator to remove you.
- Your account information: ask your Polintel administrator to update or delete it.
- Questions or requests about your information: contact Polintel at info@polintel.ai.
Changes to this notice
We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
